One of our three queen-size rooms, the Capitol Hill Room is newly redecorated with cheerful yellow walls and furnished in a dramatic black-and-white color scheme.  It can be your Seattle weekend getaway or business travel lodging accommodation.

Original wall sconces are in a Sheffield pattern.  The glossy black queen-size bed has an ultra comfortable pillow top mattress with luxurious high thread-count hand-pressed linens. 

Also unique among our queen-size rooms, there is a twin-size daybed, which can accommodate a third guest.

The private bath is all-new, featuring crisp black and white period-style tile by Absolute Tile & Stone Art.  Both the comfortable walk-in shower and pedestal sink showcase period-style nickel-plated hardware.

The Capitol Hill Room affords a peek-a-boo view of lower Queen Anne Hill and the Space Needle.
