The windows to the east overlook a quiet residential view of the beautiful houses on 14th Avenue East (Millionaires' Row).  There is a quaint oak cylinder desk with phone, and wall-mounted 32” LCD HDTV with DVD/CD player.

The private bath features original elements which have been extensively restored. It includes a tub and shower combination newly tiled by Absolute Tile & Stone Art to match the existing subway tile in the rest of the bath, and equipped with beautiful period-style nickel-plated fixtures.  The original bathtub has been refinished, and there is a crescent shower rod for that touch of extra “elbow room”!
